Before you buy more leads

Recover jobs from old quotes.

We find the old quotes worth chasing, get warm callbacks booked into your diary, and make sure every new enquiry gets followed up properly. Your own past enquirers only — never bought lists.

Free fit check first. If you don’t have at least 25 eligible old quotes, we’ll tell you — and we don’t run the sprint.

The problem

Most installers don’t have a lead problem. They have a follow‑up problem.

Old quotes aren’t dead

You paid for the enquiry. You paid someone to visit, survey, and quote. Then communication stopped. Some of your best next jobs are already sitting in your quote book.

Speed wins the job

A missed call or a slow reply to a web form, and the homeowner is booking an appointment with the next installer within the hour. Most firms have no missed-call text-back at all.

A reminder is not a system

Quotes get sent once and forgotten. A real follow-up system means a day 1/3/7/14 sequence, a clear next step on every record, and a quote board the owner can actually read.

The 14-day sprint

Not advice. Not a report. A simple follow-up system, installed.

  1. Days 1–3

    Clean

We clean up your unsold quote list, up to 500 records. We exclude every opt-out, tag by service and date, and pick the warmest quotes first. You approve everything before anything sends.

  2. Days 4–8

    Reactivate

Launch the approved follow-up sequence in your name, politely checking who is still thinking about the job. Every message carries an opt-out.

  3. Days 9–11

    Respond

New forms and missed calls get an instant text-back, your team gets an alert with a callback script, and every enquiry gets a logged next step to turn quiet quotes into conversations.

  4. Days 12–14

    Track

Every new quote enters a day 1/3/7/14 follow-up sequence with tasks and a simple quote board — then a results review and full handover.

By day 14 you have:

  • Up to 500 old quote records cleaned and prioritised
  • One approved follow-up campaign, launched
  • Missed-call text-back on your number
  • Instant response on every web form
  • A day 1/3/7/14 follow-up sequence on every new quote
  • A simple sales board the owner can read in two minutes
  • Reply and callback scripts for your team
  • A results review, opt-out list and full handover

What it looks like

Respectful messages. Visible pipeline. No spam.

SMS · sent as your business, to your own past enquirers only

Hi Mrs Hartley — it’s Dan at Brightview Windows. You asked us to quote for new windows last March and we never heard back. Still thinking about the project? Reply YES and I’ll get you an updated price. Reply STOP to opt out.
YES — can someone call after 5?
A polite follow-up to people who already asked you for a quote. One polite question, short sequence, opt-out in every send. Anyone who opts out goes on a permanent suppression list.

The maths

What’s sitting in your quote book?

Conservative fit model

Move three levers before you spend another pound on leads.

Use this as a sizing exercise, not a forecast. The fit check is where the assumptions get tested against your actual records.

Potential recovered job value£48,000

Illustrative, not a promise — your numbers depend on data quality and how fast replies get called. The free fit check tells you whether the maths stacks up before any money moves.

Volume Enough eligible old quotes to segment. Value Jobs large enough for follow-up to matter. Speed Warm replies called back the same day.

Pricing

One extra job can pay for the sprint.

Step 1

Free Fit Check

£0

Tell us roughly what’s in your records. We reply within one working day with an honest read on whether there’s enough recoverable data. If there isn’t, we say so and you’ve lost nothing.

Step 2

Old Quote Audit

£500

Diagnosis before implementation: enquiry-journey review, quote-data review, and a written recovery plan with the realistic numbers.

Credited against the sprint if you proceed.

Begins after the fit check

Managed Quote Follow-up £1,000/mo

After the sprint, if you want us to keep running it: monthly follow-up rounds, reply triage, system monitoring, quote book tidying and a two-minute monthly report. Optional — the sprint works without it.

Accountability

We never guarantee revenue. We guarantee these.

You are dealing directly with the founder, Lawrence Brennan. Not an account manager. That means the accountability stops here, backed by these three risk reversals.

1

The Fit Check

Before any money changes hands, we do a free fit check. If we don’t see at least 25 eligible old quotes in your numbers, we tell you immediately and refuse to run the sprint.

2

The Day-3 Exit

Once we get under the hood, if the cleaned data doesn’t look strong enough to pursue by day 3, you can hit the stop button. You pay only the £500 audit fee, and the £2,000 sprint balance is fully refunded.

3

The Reply Floor

If your first approved campaign generates fewer than 3 positive replies (requests for a callback or an updated quote), we will build and run a second campaign entirely free. If that still fails, we refund £1,000 of the sprint fee.

Qualification

Built for some installers. Not all.

For local window and door companies with a pile of old quotes, regular new enquiries, and no reliable way to chase every homeowner after the quote goes quiet.

This is for you if

  • You send quotes regularly and have old unsold ones on record
  • Average order value is £4,000 or more
  • You get web and phone enquiries today
  • Someone can call warm replies the same day
  • You’d rather recover jobs you paid for than buy more leads

This is not for you if

  • You have no old quote or enquiry data at all
  • You want someone to blast a bought list — we will never do this
  • You want guaranteed jobs — nobody honest can promise that
  • Nobody in the business can book the appointments
  • Your jobs are small repairs under £1,000

Done properly, or not at all

Your customers. Your brand. Handled with care.

First-party data only

We only ever contact people who enquired with your business about a similar service. Bought or scraped consumer lists are refused, every time — it’s in our terms.

UK rules, by design

Campaigns are built around PECR’s soft opt-in: your own enquirers, similar services, a clear opt-out at collection and in every message. You approve the exact copy, channel and schedule before anything sends.

Handling your customer data properly

We work under a signed Data Processing Agreement: documented instructions, access controls, a permanent opt-out list, and your data deleted or returned at project end.

See our privacy policy and terms, or the ICO’s guidance on electronic mail marketing.

Straight answers

Questions installers actually ask.

Is it legal to contact people who got a quote months ago?

Generally yes, when it’s done the way we do it: your own first-party enquirers, about a similar service, with a clear opt-out in every message and anyone who opts out suppressed permanently — the conditions of PECR’s soft opt-in. We never touch bought lists, you approve every message before it sends, and we keep a campaign approval record. If your data doesn’t qualify, we tell you at the fit check.

Do you need to replace our CRM?

No. We’re not a CRM migration. A CSV export or read access to whatever you use today — a CRM, an inbox, a spreadsheet — is enough to start. The workflows we install sit alongside your existing setup.

Who handles the replies?

Your team calls the warm replies — they’re your customers and they want to hear from you. We make that easy: instant alerts, a logged next step on every reply, and callback scripts. If you want us to keep triaging replies after the sprint, that’s what Managed Quote Recovery is for.

What happens to our customer data?

We act as your data processor under a signed Data Processing Agreement: documented instructions, access controls, no stray spreadsheets, and your data deleted or returned when the project ends. Opt-outs go on a permanent opt-out list.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee three things: data-fit (25+ eligible quotes or we don’t run it), delivery (live in 14 days or we work free), and zero-reply (a second campaign free if the first gets no positive replies). We do not guarantee revenue — no honest provider can, because it depends on your data and how quickly replies get called.

What if we have fewer than 25 old quotes?

Then the sprint isn’t worth your money yet, and we’ll say so at the free fit check — before anything is paid. The instant-response and follow-up workflows may still be worth installing; the audit can scope that on its own.

Who you’re dealing with

Revenue Recovery is run by its founder, Lawrence Brennan. The person who answers your fit check is the person who cleans your data, writes your campaign and builds your workflows — not an account manager, not an offshore team.

We’re early, and we won’t pretend otherwise: there are no case-study logos on this page yet. That’s why our founding clients get the sprint at a reduced rate in exchange for an honest, written case study — ask about it in the fit check.
